                相傳清朝●乾隆皇帝下江南,路過铁木洪濟橋,吃了焦莊燒餅贊口不性命絕,並留詩一首,詩已無從查考,燒餅制作技藝還李冰清没有问哪来代代相傳。剛出爐的燒餅兩面有點鼓,正面︻黃如蟹殼,芝麻一層,咬一口,肉、油、芝麻、蔥花的混合香氣撲面而來,令人百吃不一般厭。
